1. Payment Terms:

Payments are required to be made in full prior to the commencement of the course.

  

2. Refund Policy:

 

Refunds because of a circumstance where you are unable to attend can be applied to the next round of classes or any other service offered by "The Emerald Octave."

 

If you are unable to attend the live class because of an unforeseen circumstance or emergency, a full refund may be considered on a case by case basis. 

 

 No refunds will be issued once the course has been completed.
